LENMORNIIPROEKT JSC is one of three largest Russian companies on design of seaports, terminals and transport systems. LENMORNIIPROEKT has participated virtually in all seaport construction, reconstruction or modernization projects in Russia from Sakhalin to Kaliningrad and from Novorossiysk to Spitsbergen.
LENMORNIIPROEKT is the historical successor of the Interim Commission for Construction of Commercial Ports established under the Ministry of Communications in St. Petersburg on June 24, 1885 under the Decree of Emperor Alexander III, which set up the first in Russian Empire port construction program.
As a general designer, the company is involved at all stages of sea transport facilities design, starting from the Declaration of Intent and finishing with the designer’s supervision.
LENMORNIIPROEKT has developed unique facilities of the largest ports: Ventspils, Riga, Klaipeda, Tallinn, Pori, Primorsk, Ust-Luga, St. Petersburg, Vysotsk, Murmansk, Arkhangelsk, Vanino, Korsakov, Novorossiysk, Sochi, Tuapse, Taman, Sabetta.
LENMORNIIPROEKT has designed unique structures for the Leningrad Flood Protection Barrier, facilities of marine passenger terminal "Morskoy Fasad" in St. Petersburg, the State Palace of Congresses in Strelna, oil bunkers and terminals of the companies Lukoil, Gazpromneft, Novatek, Tamanneftegaz, Sakhalin-2, Rosterminalugol, Yamal LNG, Rosneftbunker, Gazflot, Federal State Unitary Enterprise “ROSMORPORT”.
LENMORNIIPROEKT actively participates in the international projects in different countries: Somalia, Algeria, Pakistan, Vietnam, Yemen, Cape Verde, Guinea, Cuba.
